Trystan joined our growing CGW project management team at the end of 2021. He enjoys problem solving both technical and non-technical issues using collaborative techniques and multi-disciplinary inputs to arrive at and implement fit for purpose solutions. Trystan manages our large- and small-scale infrastructure projects recognizing and nurturing the golden thread that links client organization goals, to project execution and outcomes to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Coming from a land development project manager role in an Auckland based consultancy firm Trystan delivered urban development projects ranging from vacant residential lots, to comprehensively designed and consented residential developments encompassing the full project lifecycle from feasibility to design and consenting, construction, compliance, and issuance of titles. Through earlier roles in his 18-year career, Trystan has developed a broad set of skills in the built environment industry from both a civil consultancy and civil contracting perspective, particularly in the Water & Sanitation sector which accounts for the bulk of his technical experience and expertise.
In his spare time Trystan enjoys walks with his wife and two daughters, socializing with friends, and two wheeled adventures mountain biking and motorcycling.
